About Serendib IT Solutions
We started with one problem we kept seeing. Sri Lankan businesses were sold billing software that did not fit them, by companies that would not come and install it. They needed software made for them, and engineers who would come, fit the machines and wire the shop. We do both.
How we work
Software cannot be written on its own. We build ours to run on the exact terminals and printers it will meet in your shop.

Managing Director
Ten years planning IT systems for companies in Colombo. He looks after our service contracts and our supplier partners.
Vihagika Lakshani
Human Resource Manager
Looks after hiring and the team at our Homagama workshop, and makes sure every service contract has the engineers it needs.
Isuru Eranda
Project Manager
Plans the job and runs it on site — the dates, the wiring, the fitting — and is who you call if a date has to move.
Garuka Assalaarachchi
Software Engineer
Writes the software our counters run on, from the billing screen to the billing screen to the bit that talks to the printer and the cash drawer.
