Ready-made billing software does not fit a Sri Lankan shop or salon. The tax is wrong, the bill layout is wrong, and it expects hardware you cannot buy here. We write the billing screen ourselves and set it up with the machines we supply, so the cash drawer opens, the printer cuts the bill, and the day-end total adds up.
